I now choose to see myself as the Universe sees me – perfect, whole, and complete.

“Your Daily Dose” is a quick two minute read packed with bite-sized wisdom from all the great teachers. But you could also choose to turn it into something more… a powerful daily practice for personal growth. Give it a try!

A message from today’s meditation:

We look up at a majestic tree, and we easily find ourselves filled with a sense of awe…

And when we pick a flower, and hold it between our fingers, we often experience an equal sense of awe and wonder…

For this beautiful flower, and for that majestic tree this is their one and only expression. This one expression is it…

But you, beautiful human, are limitless! You have already expressed yourself in ways that are infinitely more than this flower and that tree are capable of, and there are ways in which you can create that you have not even discovered yet!

I’m not doing a comparison to try and say that you are “better” than a tree or a flower, but I am suggesting that when your old limiting beliefs show up trying to convince you that you are not good enough that you remember this… If you are able to stand in awe at the very limited expression of a flower or a tree, then you should be able to stand in awe at the limitless expression of your own beautiful human form.

“I am unlimited in my own ability to create the good in my life.” – Louise Hay

“If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you.” – Louise Hay

“The Universe totally supports every thought I choose to think and to believe. I have unlimited choices about what I think. I choose balance, harmony, and peace, and I express it in my life.” – Louise Hay

“In the infinity of life where I am, All is perfect, whole and complete, I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack, I now choose to begin to see myself As the Universe sees me – perfect, whole, and complete.” – Louise Hay

We sometimes find ourselves trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and limitation, believing that we are unable to escape the confinement of the path that we find ourselves on. However, the truth lies far beyond these confining beliefs. As the Universe sees us, we are perfect, whole, and complete, capable of achieving whatever we put our minds to.

There are countless possibilities waiting to be explored. And perhaps it’s not something completely new for you to discover, it might just be the smallest shift in understanding that finally makes everything clear to you. You might just need a new perspective on an old problem.

So question every fear that you have about yourself, don’t let the scared part of you be the one in the driver’s seat. Because if you give in to the limiting beliefs about yourself then those beliefs become your truth, and you become locked into the most limited expression of who you are.

If you don’t know how to get to where you think you want to be, even if you can’t see any possible way forward, start by opening yourself to the possibility of seeing yourself the way the Universe sees you, perfect, and whole, and complete. You don’t need to see the destination to take the next small step. As you step onto the way, the way appears.

As you venture on your journey of self-discovery, remember these guiding mantras:

  • “I choose to see myself as the Universe sees me – perfect, whole, and complete.”
  • “There is no limit to the good I can create in my life.”
  • “My thoughts shape my reality, and I choose to believe in the best of myself.”
  • “I trust in the unfolding of my path, taking small steps will reveal the way forward.”

Remember, you are a divine expression of the Universe and you should see yourself as the Universe sees you – you are limitless in your ability to create the good in your life!

Have a beautiful day, beautiful human.

Practice the “Daily Dose”

Let’s put it into practice! Choose what works for you – daily, once a week or whenever inspiration strikes. Putting pen to paper wires the neural pathways that will create your new habits.

1 – Affirmation

Write down your favourite affirmation on a sticky note and place it somewhere that you’ll be able to see it the whole day.

2 – A moment of reflection

Use today’s question as a journal prompt. If you don’t have the time to sit down and write, just take a moment to reflect on your response.

Recognizing Your Limitless Expression: Take a moment to picture a beautiful flower, or if it’s at all possible, go pick one and hold it in your hand. For a minute or two, study the divine perfection of this flower. Now, consider the ways you’ve already expressed yourself creatively, emotionally, or intellectually that go far beyond the singular expression that even the most beautiful flower can produce. What are some expressions of yourself that you’ve never fully acknowledged or celebrated? How might recognizing your complexity and capability change the way you view your potential?

3 – Quotes to share

Send a quote to someone who needs it, or share them all on social media to spread the good vibes!

4 – Q&A for deeper learning

Read through the questions and answers and write down at least one “aha moment” that clicked for you.

1. Q: What does it mean to see myself “as the Universe sees me”?

A: Seeing yourself as the Universe sees you means recognizing your inherent worth, wholeness, and perfection beyond your perceived flaws or limitations. It’s about understanding that your true essence is divine and complete, regardless of your current circumstances, mistakes, or areas for growth. This perspective shifts you from self-criticism to self-acceptance and from limitation to possibility.

2. Q: How can I tell if I’m being driven by fear versus authentic wisdom?

A: Fear-based thinking typically feels constricting, urgent, and focuses on what you lack or what could go wrong. It often sounds like “I can’t,” “I’m not enough,” or “What if I fail?” Authentic wisdom, on the other hand, feels expansive and peaceful, even when guiding you toward challenging growth. It whispers possibilities and feels aligned with your values and highest good. Practice pausing and asking: “Is this thought expanding my possibilities or contracting them?”

3. Q: I understand limiting beliefs are harmful, but how do I actually change them?

A: Changing limiting beliefs is a gradual process that starts with awareness. First, identify the specific belief and question its validity – where did it come from? What evidence contradicts it? Then, consciously choose a new, more empowering belief and reinforce it through repetition, visualization, and taking small actions that align with your new belief. Remember, as Louise Hay said, “The Universe totally supports every thought I choose to think and believe.”

4. Q: How can I take action when I don’t know what the journey will look like?

A: The key is to focus on the next small step rather than needing to see the entire journey. Trust that “as you step onto the way, the way appears.” Start by clarifying your general direction, then take one small action that moves you forward. Each step will reveal the next one. This approach builds momentum and confidence while allowing room for course corrections and new opportunities to emerge.

5. Q: What if I’ve been stuck in limiting patterns for years? Is change really possible?

A: Absolutely. The fact that you’re questioning these patterns shows you’re already beginning to shift. While long-held beliefs can feel deeply ingrained, they’re still just thoughts that can be changed. Sometimes transformation comes through “the smallest shift in understanding” or “a new perspective on an old problem.” Be patient with yourself and celebrate small progress – every moment offers a new opportunity to choose differently.

6. Q: How do I balance accepting myself as “perfect and whole” while still working on personal growth?

A: This isn’t a contradiction – it’s a profound truth. You can be perfect and whole in your essence while simultaneously growing and evolving. Think of it like a flower: it’s perfect at every stage of its blooming process. Your growth doesn’t make you more worthy; it’s simply the natural expression of your limitless potential. Embrace both your current perfection and your capacity for expansion.

7. Q: What does “setting your sails and trusting” mean in practical terms?

A: Setting your sails means taking deliberate actions toward your goals – clarifying your intentions, developing skills, making plans, and taking steps forward. Trusting means releasing attachment to specific outcomes and timing. It’s about doing your part while staying open to how the Universe might deliver your good in unexpected ways. You control your effort and attitude; you trust the process and timing of the results.
