Good morning Pierre, I loved the “Power of Presence” meditation. 

I had a realization that lately I’m almost completely unable to recall an instant of wishing the  “present moment” to be any different from what it is. I really had to think hard to find a recollection of the last time that happened, and it was at Christmas. But that was just because historically we’ve always been with family during Christmas, so it did feel as though it should have been different. 

So I had a big realization of the progress I’ve made, lately being really content in the moment. Wow! Thank you so much! 

Sometimes it feels as though the progress is really slow, or that I’m just stagnating again and then BOOOOM! another meditation shows me just where I’ve grown and that everything is flowing just as it should.
