It has been beautiful starting each day in meditation with my amazing brother Pierre Aucamp at 7am on fb live. This incredible soul gives of himself so purely and we all get to just ‘be’ with ourselves and each other. Our Heart Centre Family have been joining these daily meditations and it has been beautiful to hear the feedback of how much growth and fulfillment is occurring after the quality time spent in meditation and the valuable insights Pierre offers.
