Learn OMM – Meditations in the park
The biggest benefit of OMM (one mind meditation) is that it makes meditation SUPER easy. OMM practitioners find it easy to keep to a daily practice.
We will start out with a discussion about how the body and mind works together – and how that creates your experience of yourself.
Past topics under discussion at this event have been: being unbreakable; the power of now; conscious parenting; the untrained ego, and many more.

You live in an environment that places huge demands on your mind. And the way in which you react to your environment often causes your body and mind to become fragmented.
In this fragmented state, your subconscious mind is enforcing old patterns of survival, while your conscious mind is trying to do the opposite – trying to be creative or productive.
OMM brings you into a “One Mind” state, where your subconscious mind calms down and starts supporting your conscious mind.
